Award-winning comedian, author and broadcaster Rosie Wilby brings her acclaimed podcast The Breakup Monologues (also now a book, published by Bloomsbury) to the sandy surrounds of Margate for a live recording featuring pithy and poignant tales of heartache and recovery from a glut of special guests.

Olivia Petter is an award-winning journalist who specialises in violence against women, pop culture, relationships, mental health, sexual health, travel, fashion, and beauty.  Her first book, Millennial Love, was published by 4th Estate in July 2021. She is currently writing her debut novel, Gold Rush, which will be published by 4th Estate in 2024.

Lucy Vine is a writer, editor and the e-bestselling author of novels Hot Mess, What Fresh Hell and Are We Nearly There Yet? Her books have been translated into ten languages around the world, with Hot Mess optioned for a TV series in America. She's also host of the podcast and live event series, the Hot Mess Clubhouse, celebrating funny women. Her writing has appeared in the likes of Grazia, Stylist, Heat, Fabulous, New, Now, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Daily Telegraph, Sun and Mirror. Her new book Seven Exes is out now.

Zahra Barri is an Egyptian/Irish writer, comedian and PhD researcher. Her debut novel, Daughters of the Nile won the Unbound Firsts Writers of Colour Award and is out in June 2024. Her writing also received the Runner Up in the Comedy Women in Print Prize 2020. She has featured on Radio 4, Radio 4 Extra, Radio 2, BBC Asian Network and BBC Period Dramas online and is a BBC Comedian Semi Finalist. 

Rosie Wilby is an award-winning comedian, author and broadcaster who has appeared on Radio 4 programmes including Womanā€™s Hour, Four Thought, Saturday Live and Unsafe Space. Her first book Is Monogamy Dead? was longlisted for the Polari First Book Prize, shortlisted for the Diva Literary Awards and followed a trilogy of solo shows investigating the psychology of human relationships. Her latest book The Breakup Monologues is inspired by her acclaimed podcast of the same name (a two time British Podcast Award nominee and winner of a Wellcome Trust Pulse award).
